Dulqaad iyo wada hadal - Promoting a culture of tolerance and dialogue in Somalia

This action will address instability and violent extremism in Somalia as a main driver of forced displacement in and outside the country. It will do so by facilitating community outreach and promoting more tolerance, dialogue and peaceful values, as well as supporting the efforts from the Federal Government to develop a policy for countering violent extremism. The action will be implemented nation-wide, with a focus on those areas where the EU is already investing in basic service delivery and livelihoods.
