Muhammad Sanyang is 24 years old.
Ten years ago, he started his poultry entrepreneur business with five chickens. Today, he has more than 11 000 birds, and supplies the country's tourism industry.
He now works to support the Youth Empowerment Project, a joint initiative between the Emergency Trust Fund for Africa, ITC, and the Gambian government.
